Smith Cameron Pump Solutions is pleased to announce our appointment as the Gorman-Rupp distributor for mining applications in BC. Gorman-Rupp pumps for mining include electric or diesel driven pumps, skid mounted or trailer mounted units. The Gorman-Rupp product line of self priming and submersible pumps meet the most difficult demands of mine dewatering.
High Head – High VolumeS Series – Wide Base Submersible Gorman-Rupp Wide Base Submersibles are designed for applications where high volume and high head are required, and large solids are not a problem. Pumps have only two moving parts and three wearing surfaces so maintenance and repairs are minimal.
S Series - For drilled wells, narrow cofferdams and hard-to-reach places, Gorman-Rupp's Slimline CSA approved submersible pumps are lighter and easier to handle than their larger Widebase cousins. Even so, there is a strong family resemblance: Gorman-Rupp puts extra protection into the seals, and the impeller is rugged and dependable.
Gorman-Rupp's Super T Series ® portable engine-driven pumps keep the liquid flowing. Gorman-Rupp's Super T Series self-priming centrifugal pumps are designed to reprime automatically in a completely open system - without a need for suction or discharge check valves (an optional discharge check and air release valve is only required when pumping against a pressurized system). Additionally, there is no need for add-on vacuum pumps or compressors, which add to owner maintenance and increase the potential for costly repairs. Whether bypassing a pump station during repair, keeping critical services operational at a plant, or helping a construction crew finish on time.
